Safe Access, Openings & ladders

Complete stairways with handrails before the beginning of the work. Accessible walkways at least 20" wide. Well-guarded and covered floor and roof-top. Suitable ladder, work platforms and scaffolds required for several activities.

Fall Protection

Pre-planned fall protection is required for all contractors and sub-contractors. Following requirements should not be neglected to trades working at height e.g. framers, roofers, gutter installer and rooftop equipment installer.
